The Concept:
Install an SNCR system on your Stationary Combustion Source to reduce NOX emissions.
Satisfy all/part of your current NOX reduction obligations or offer these "Allowances" on the Open Market to generate revenue.
The cost to produce these NOX Allowances by way of SNCR (Op Cost $350/ton removed) is minor compared to the revenue produced (See Current Market Conditions)
For more information on the NOX trading programs, See EPA website.

Suitable Facilities:

Non-Fossil fueled facilities (wood/bark,  MSW, Agricultural Waste, Tire Derived Fuel, Landfill Gas, etc.)
Fossil fueled facilities not otherwise required to install controls (low emission or small capacity units)
Large Fossil Fuel Boilers unwilling or unable to install SCR - instead installing Combination Technologies or Purchasing Allowances.
